The Katlehong Southview Shopping Centre site is located in Katlehong South on the Southern side of Vosloorus on the corner of Mercury and Venus Drive. Katlehong and Vosloorus are one of the largest, more formalised townships in SA with a combined population of over 570 000 people. The broader area is experiencing an annual population growth rate of 2.47%.

The centre is estimated to be approximately 8 000 m² with a strong convenience focus and excellent visibility.
